Shipping

Upgraded Shipping and jssafec:
  • Upgraded shipping and jssafeces must be added at the time of purchase.
  • Upgraded shipping orders are now processed the next business day. (excludes weekends and holidays). 
  • Purchases made through comment sold are not eligible for upgraded shipping or jssafec.
  • Print on Demand and Basics are not eligible for upgraded shipping or jssafec.
  • Items shipping from an alternate warehouse location are not eligible for upgraded shipping or jssafec
  • If you forgot to add jssafec to your order, please purchase your jssafec separately within 12 hours of your original order, and email us with your new order number for the jssafec, as well as your original order number.
 

Standard and Free US Shipping: All U.S. orders with standard or free shipping ship with UPS, FedEx & USPS

Allow several business days for processing. Free Shipping orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 4 to 10 days and packages are not insured. If shipping to a PO Box, please also provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

 

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

PRIORITY MAIL

You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are quickly processed and sent from our warehouses within a few business days (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY 

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and more, using USPS, DHL or UPS. All rates are current estimates using our discounted shipping rates. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.
